About Kristin

​Coming from a background in dance and gymnastics, wellness and fitness has always been an integral part of my life and daily routine. My yoga and fitness clients range from people with limited mobility and little exercise experience, to professional athletes and longtime yogis. It's my joy and honor to work with each one of them, and apply all of my expertise to help achieve their unique fitness goals. For the last decade, I've taught yoga, fitness, and flexibility classes to groups at fitness centers (i.e. Equinox Fitness Clubs & The YMCA), teams at private workplaces, and one-on-one in private homes in Los Angeles & New York. In addition to yoga and fitness, I'm trained in ballet and acrobatics in the US & in classical dance in Southern India. I was an assistant to Fay Simpson of Yale University in her chakra-based Lucid Body Technique courses for performers, and I've taught courses and workshops in the US & India. I'm also an artist and musician who is dedicated to bringing creativity and positivity to all the work I do!

Private Yoga 
Personalized yoga instruction in your home or office, for individuals, pairs, and small groups (up to 6 people).  Areas of focus include: gentle yoga; core strengthening yoga, yoga for relaxation, yoga for fitness, yoga for balance, pre & post natal yoga, chair yoga, and yoga for older adults.

 

Restorative Yoga

Personalized therapeutic, restorative yoga instruction in your home or office, for individuals or pairs.
 

Stretch & Release
Personalized flexibility training instruction using techniques from gymnastics, dance, and yoga designed to increase agility, range, mobility, and physical and mental release.

 

Lean Body Conditioning

A high intensity, low impact workout designed to tone, lengthen & increase your endurance. Exercises taken from pilates, dance, gymnastics & martial arts and utilize light weights, yoga blocks and weight of your own body to help you make the most of your workout. 

Personalized Workouts

Expert and motivational training to help you achieve your event-specific or general fitness goals. Formats I offer include:  strength training & cardio conditionaing, aqua sculpt & water aerobics, cardio for weight loss, core & barre, conditioning for runners, and fitness for older adults & people with limited mobility. 

Pre & Post-Natal Wellness

Personalized therapeutic yoga or exercise instruction in your home to help make your birth and recovery as smooth and comfortable as possible. 

Ballet Barre 

A personalized ballet barre-based lean body workout to promote strength, posture, grace and flexibility.

 

Wellness Coaching

Compassionate motivational support and instruction to help you identify and achieve your personal fitness and wellness goals.   

Corporate and In-Office Yoga, Fitness or Wellness Sessions

Personalized small group instruction for your team or clients. I carry my own liability insurance and have experience working with top companies, large and small. Contact me for more details or to set up an introductory session.
